This Privacy Policy describes how Insurance Training Institute LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://realcowboycoach.com (“The Real Cowboy Coach,” the “Website”), communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
- Website: https://realcowboycoach.com (The Real Cowboy Coach)
- Business: Insurance Training Institute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
- Mailing address: PO Box 413, Afton, Wyoming 83110, United States
- Privacy contact: [email protected]
Scope — United States only. Our Service is directed solely to residents of the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, nor offer our services to, individuals located outside the United States at this time. Should we expand globally, we will update this policy accordingly.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Any other information you choose to include in your message to us
The Website is a static informational site. The contact form on the Website is embedded from our customer-relationship-management (CRM) provider, and information you submit through it is transmitted to and stored by that provider, which processes it on our behalf and under our instructions. That provider’s own privacy terms also govern its handling of your information. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell products or take payments on the Website.
Information collected automatically (“Usage Data”)
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the date, time, and duration of your visit, and other diagnostic data.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Website itself does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics provider is cookieless (see Section 6). The embedded contact form and other third-party content on the Website (such as embedded video) may set cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for those features to function.
You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the Website may not function properly without them.

- To contact you about coaching, speaking, or other services you have asked about
- To send you updates, offers, and marketing communications you have opted in to receive — you can opt out at any time
- To understand how the Service is used and to improve it (see Section 6)
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from The Real Cowboy Coach (including responses to your inquiries, appointment and consultation reminders, information and scheduling messages, and — only where you have opted in — marketing messages).
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
- Get help by replying HELP to any message or by emailing [email protected].
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Email communications
If you opt in to receive emails from us (or transact with us), we may send you service emails and, with your consent, marketing emails. We send email using third-party email-delivery providers that process messages on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your email address or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing [email protected].
6. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to understand how the Website is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-preserving: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individuals, and reports only aggregated measurements such as page views, referrers, and general location. Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only:
- With service providers who perform services on our behalf (CRM and form hosting, customer communications, email delivery, analytics, website hosting), only as needed to perform those services
- For legal reasons — to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, prevent wrongdoing, or protect the safety of users or the public
- In a business transaction — if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred; we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
- With your consent — for any other purpose you agree to
As stated in Section 4, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — generally, for as long as you have an active relationship or open inquiry with us, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods.
9. Security and breach notification
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Breach notification. In the event of a data breach that compromises personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators as and to the extent required by applicable United States federal and state law (including the California data-breach notification statutes where they apply), without undue delay.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for insurance and business professionals and is directed only to users who are at least 18 years old, consistent with our Terms of Service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
